I didn't realize iOS 10.2 - Adds notification support for HomeKit accessories including window coverings, occupancy, motion, door/window, smoke, carbon monoxide, and water leak sensors.

Hope to see a variety of new HomeKit devices of these types soon. Fibaro seems first with their water leak sensors.

Yeah, I noticed that and am hoping we see more smoke/carbon monoxide sensors soon. There is only one on the market (made by First Alert I think) and it's gotten horrendous reviews pretty much across the board. There's gotta be something wrong there. I really want some HomeKit enabled smoke detectors but not those...

I would like to get a water leak sensor or two setup. Glad to see homekit is expanding.
