If you missed the Luca Todesco 10.1.1 jailbreak, then there's potentially some good news - an iOS 10.2 jailbreak tool for Apple's current version of iOS, could be released soon.

Stefan Esser (@i0n1c), who's known for his previous work on the jailbreaking scene, has stated that an iOS 10.2 jailbreak 'is about to hit soon'.

Well, hope is all we have right now. But, since the exploit used to jailbreak 10.1.1 is gone in 10.2......I am not exactly optimistic for 10.2 jb.

Some YouTube video I watched this morning, said that Pangu (sp ? ) has a 10.2 JB ready to go, and is waiting for Apple to officially release 10.2.1 the first week of January, and then they will release their Jailbreak based off the latest iOS 10.2.1

Don't believe it. The YouTube 'enthusiasts' like to get you to click on stuff for their likes count.

In fact one of the main litmus tests for fake news about Pangu is 'advance' tweets and youTubes. It's only the 'western boys' that like all that attention ahead of time. Our good Chinese boys, Pangu and Taig, have NEVER once used an advance tweet or YouTube giving us notice. It only hits Twitter the DAY OF the release. When Luca sent all the exploits from 10.1.1 to Apple they closed the holes immediately. Hackers are starting completely from scratch for all new exploits for 10.2. So we have quite a wait, gang.

If Esser (i0n1c) is smart with the new exploits he found.. he'll send them to Pangu or Taig to make a stable public JB for 10.2. Not like this piece of crap JB we have from Todesco now. Don't get me wrong.. I like being JB again.. But boy this things is crappy..

Which has been 'never' - from him. A bottom feeder troll - that's just barely enough of a hacker that he can speak the language.. but he's never delivered or even substantively contributed to a JB we've ever had. He's a mouthpiece only. Zero delivery.
