I never had this problem while i was using the iP5 with iOS 10.3.1, but since i got the new SE few days ago that came with iOS 10.3.2 it start to show up.. i restored the SE from iTunes using my iP5 backup out of the box, everything was fine till i found out this problem\bug - when im on the lock screen many times when i slide from left to right to use the 'Today View' its not showing up, even that the toggle is on... all what i tried didnt help - i turned on\off, did factory reset and then installed my backup, also tried to disable the Touch ID and passcode - nothing...

I dont think i can get the iOS 10.3.3 anymore, and im not planing to install iOS 11 at the moment, still having 32bit apps im using all the time that needs to be replaced...

Its looks like a random bug and its really annoying me coz im using the today view all the time, spacial from the lock screen.
Hopefully someone here can help me finding solution for this problem.

PS, few times the 'notification view' showed up when i was sliding from left to right (not from top to bottom)...

If you are using Touch ID then that is by design.
