Hahah hello :) there isn't any user facing change, however it feels smoother and it includes a lot of security fixes. This is a last polish release of iOS 10 which will be the last release as well.

so we can say the only thing that have changed is the version number..all the content is the same :) only few bug fixes,that's how apple says..thank you for the information.

Yes, what Apple says is indeed correct for iOS 10.3.3. However, bug fixes generally are for under the hood bugs, and optimizations are for how OS works. Because the main thing of the last updates to optimize OS to make it perform acceptable in the long term if user does not update to new OS. Generally, graphical glitches stay because they postpone these bugs to be fixed in the new OS announced in WWDC. Graphical glitches here are very minor that do not affect how people use the device. Hence, by trying to fix the graphical glitch where it might cause another graphical glitch somewhere else, they fix the glitches in the new OS where the screen/animation probably has already been changed/fixed.

is there anyway to download ios 10.3.3 public beta 6 ipsw ? my iphone 5 is low on storage for ota update

No public IPSW file available until the public official release which should be soon since it's at the final GM beta. Once its officially released, you can just use iTunes to update it and it will automatically pull the IPSW file from the server.

and it looks like ios 10.3.3 will be the final stable release for 5s and above. i use both SE & 5S and the difference is very visible between two devices. SE can run ios 11 without any problem.and maybe ios 12 too. but 5S started to stutter with ios 10, they'll polish as much as they can do. and finish iOS 10 era.

did you try the new beta? any issues so far?
