because it comes installed with iOS 11. if you don't believe us, feel free to try to find an iOS 10.3.3 ipsw for the iPhone 8 series.

Since Apple has not released and will not release iOS 10.3.3 build ipsw's for iPhone 8, you cannot downgrade to iOS 10.3.3. New hardwares of new phones requires new drivers, and Apple include these drivers in the newest version of the software. Hope this clarifies.

You cant do that either. iOS 10 isn't signed anymore. If you have 11, your stuck with it forever regardless of device.
