iOS 10.3 Beta 4 Public Beta?

Nothing is there says no update available
[doublepost=1488500371][/doublepost]Ok so I reinstalled the beta profile and the device restarted and it was there after that. The profile was never uninstalled and I've checked multiple times throughout the day following the developer release and nothing.
Not to mention but I switched from AT&T to Verizon to take advantage of the unlimited plan and i've noticed little anomalies with the phone like service strength dots go empty sometimes, I went to perform a soft reset holding the volume down and power button and the device went into iTunes recovery mode as opposed to soft resetting, and it updated but took like 15 minutes to update then when it came on I had to put it in Airplane mode twice to trigger my cellular signal to come on. It's weird. Verizon is like number 1 for coverage in my state so i don't think that's the issue and I'd like to think it's not because my phone is defective....any ideas?
