Has anyone found anything unique on iOS 10 that only works on Plus sizes iPhones? new features, new functionality that is not present on the smaller size iPhones?

Not yet, but there are still several months and betas to release before September, so things can change....
In fact they've regressed. Ex. The clock app had a landscape mode, now it doesn't. There's a lot of time to add things back.
does the plus have side by side safari? I assume not but it would be a great progression for the plus size phones. I would love the ability to have side by side apps on my 6S regardless of screen size, there has been a few times that I have needed side by side app on the iPhone but I don't think apple will give us that anytime soon because they think that it shows the text to small. Wish we could decide what we like and don't like but apple has a strong hold on "knowing what we need"...
Apple is getting lazy. iOS 10 seems to me like they took a lot of elements and inspiration from Apple Watch and tried to make them work on a phone, and left the iPad as an after thought - again.
The unique feature for the 6S+ is that the Apple Music fonts are so large you can see them from across the room.
I'm looking at both and I don't really see it. Could you name a few of these "lots" of things?
Lol. That is so true. The first thought I had when I saw it was this is Apple saying a big F U to those who hated the thin fonts. They're gigantic!
