iOS 10 GM Final can't review apps

So I got the iOS 10 GM few days ago which is same release as the final one and I restored it from scratch so theres no profile etc and went to review an app and it says can't review pre-release iOS???? but its the final one I'm confused someone plz help me

Bet you are on 10.0.1
 
yea but that is same build number as todays final public release
 
isn't 10.0.1 what the public got today?

Didn't know that, well in that case I am having the same issue. With the Developer GM I can't leave reviews.

yea I don't get it, cos its the same build as final one so why does it think its a pre-release, I done a restore so theres no profile installed
 
I deleted the Developer profile, and restarted the phone, no luck it still thinks i'm on a developer OS.
 
yea same its so annoying is there a way around this at all?
 
I'll give it another day, if there is no work around, I'll have to restore from scratch.
 
I just restored back to 9.3.5 and then to 10.0.1 and still says "prerelease". I also unenrolled in beta program prior to restore. Frustrating. Maybe no one can review yet?

EDIT: I didn't try reviewing on 9.3.5. Going to try now, and I'll post another update.

No problem after downgrading to 9.3.5! I think iOS 10 hasn't caught up yet.

Same problem here. GM 10.0.1 since day one, can't review apps. Got this pop up message about "pre-release version".
 
I have to confirm - iOS 10 and I have never participated in betas. Also I can't review apps (Apple ones can't get scores... are they afraid ? ;-) ).
