Hello! Before the official release of iOS 10, I've had a beta. In that beta I was able to use on my iPhone 5S a future in iMessage called "#images". Is there still a way for me to access it if i don't want to upgrade my phone?

Source: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT207179#images is available in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, India, Singapore, Philippines, and Japan.
Sadly, it is region dependent:

Changing the region on the phone does not help, at least I'm not getting the #image tab.
It's basically Bing's search results for GIFs. Most of them are going to be from GIPHY which also does basically the same thing - Sourcing them on Tumblr/Twitter/etc and uploads.

Install that, and then enable the keyboard in Settings > General > Keyboard > Keyboards and then select it in the list.
