hi
question about how iMessages are handled across the two new updates to the operating systems.
in iOS 9 and OS X 10.11, iMessages seemed to be working differently: when you delete an iMessage thread in iOS 9, the next time that you wrote a new iMessage to that same address, the old messages would appear again in the new iMessage thread (so they weren't actually deleted).
but in OX 10.11 (and previously as well), it seemed on my system that after deleting an iMessage thread the old messages would NOT re-appear when a later iMessage thread was started with the same addressee (actually deleted?)
in iOS 10 beta and OS X Sierra beta, how does this work?
thanks.
