If I upgrade to the IOS 10 beta, will my watch work with it (watch still on watchOS2)?

I haven't tried out the updates to the apple watch all yet. So I'm not sure if some thing will work, such as the watch face gallery. If I had to guess I'd say no. But there is lost functionality on the watch.

I don't plan to upgrade the watch, I just wanted to update the phone and still be able to continue to use the watch for notifications, Activity (HR, exercise) and messages. These all still work with iPhone on iOS10 and WatchOS2 right?

Keep in mind that as the new betas are going to be released there is a chance this will change

They work well together. They only snag I've run into so far is I got a call yesterday and it didn't prompt on my watch, but I don't think that it's going to be an ongoing issue. Everything else has been working without a hitch.

I updated my phone so I could update my watch! WatchOS 3 is all you ever wanted on your watch and then some. The dock is hands down the best thing Apple did with any of these betas except maybe Parked Car. Love both!

The whole "breathe " thing is pretty annoying

If you mean the reminders similar to the stand reminders, then simply toggle it off.

My activity widget USED to show a current activity amount, but no longer. It's just blank. Anyone know if there is a setting to re-enable it? I tried removing and adding, that didn't work. I've tried un-pairing and pairing, that didn't work.
