I purchased a pre-owned iPhone 5c 32GB last week and was surprised to know that the iOS 10 version of Maps, specifically iOS 10.3.3, still works... Maps on iPod touch 5 running iOS 9.3.5 seems to no longer work and no longer displays any map information at all...
- You can still log in to Facebook and Instagram in 2024 although the feature set is way too limited compared to the current releases...
- Messenger is no longer usable since the implementation of end-to-end encryption [or could be even before the implementation]...
- Twitter is unusable and you cannot even log in...
- YouTube out of the box is no longer usable, and a jailbreak may bring back its functionality but I don't want to jailbreak just to be able to use YouTube
- Netflix says that my password is incorrect even though I have tested it on a desktop browser and it worked...
- Attempting to restore purchases [to eliminate ads] in some apps does not work...
