anyone having an issue where incoming calls from cell phones not saved in your iPhone that normally say the city name and the number it just says United States instead?

I haven't noticed this until PB 3 and haven't found anyone else really talking about it yet.

I have an iPhone 6s Plus 128 GB for AT&T running iOS 10 PB 3. If anyone knows if it's carrier related or just an issue with the beta please let me know. Thanks.

No, I just tested it with a google voice number and the city shows up fine. I'm on TMO running PB3 on the 6S. But good on you for trying to figure out if it's a bug or a localized issue. That's what Betas are for!
