iOS 10 Siri Recommended Apps

Siri's recommended apps now show up on my lock screen/notification with the new iOS 10 on my iPhone 6. I tried Settings -> General -> Spotlight Search -> Siri -> Toggle off, but it still appears.

How do I get rid of this?

Hit edit on the bottom of the Notification Center and remove it from there
