iOS 10 - Suggested Message Bar

Anyone have any idea on how to get rid of the "suggested" words bar in messages? Previous to iOS10 you could just swipe it down, and now you can't. IT'S DRIVING ME INSANE

Please Help!

You can disable predictive text in keyboard settings.
