That's the goal. Is to improve every iOS update over the previous. iOS 10 has its advantages over iOS 9.

In my opinion not by too much so I voted no. However I don't use all the features available on iOS so my opinion is just that.

iOS 9 was a huge failure. It never really was fully fixed. iOS 10 is much better. It performs better all around and isn't as glitchy. There are a few bugs here and there in iOS 10, but in my opinion, iOS 9 was really bad overall.

iOS 10.3 is shaping up to be a great release.

It's interesting that there are many that profess their love for iOS 9.3.5 and are happy to stay on it without any desire for iOS 10.

The kicker for me was how 9.2 introduced stutter in many of my games, then 9.3 introduced stutter when the iPhone or iPad was changing brightness due to ambient light changes in the room or outside.

Design and usability, I much prefer iOS 9.

Of course, since the need for a restore forced me up to 10, it does seem to perform a little bit better, though my battery life has suffered.

I'd go back in a heartbeat if I could. It's very frustrating that I can't.
