I'm not sure what you're asking?

If you want to remove iOS 10 and go back it 9.3.2, put your phone in DFU mode and restore it in iTunes.

If you want to keep iOS 10, but you don't want anymore beta versions. Go into Settings > General > Profiles & Device Management and delete the iOS Beta Software Profile.

I did delete the profile but the install for beta 1 is still there. If I don't download it will I rec the beta 2 download prompt ?

Look at your storage and see if the update has been downloaded if so delete it. Then try rebooting.

I didn't see it in storage and I have rebooted a number of times. Will I rec beta 2 or the official release if this is on my phone uninstalled?

Settings - General - Storage & icloud usage - manage storage ( under storage, not icloud ) ... is the Beta listed there ? If yes, delete it and reboot.

Yes, you will still receive notifications for updates and newer beta releases, as Apple pushes them.
