IOS 11.01 Persistent Location Icon

This is driving me crazy and I know its using battery life on my iPhone 8.
I tried everything and the only way I can get rid of this is to turn off location services completely.

I am sure there are others with this problem, Any suggestions?

In Location Services:
Of course I set all the apps to Never or use only when using app.

In system services
I have off compass, Homekit,Location based alerts, location based ads,
location based suggestions, setting time zone, all OFF

Significant Locations is OFF

All Product improvement sliders are OFF.

Still that damn icon appears.

You iPhone 8 does not need you to turn stuff off for the battery to last a normal day’s use. If you charge it at night, while sleeping, it will be ready for the next day.

You do sleep don’t you?
