iPhone IOS 11.1 Applications Keep Restarting after phone idle for a while

For example, I was using Facebook/WhatsApp and upon finish using, i go back to Home screen and lock my phone.

After like 5-7 minutes, i woke my phone up and found that my facebook / whatsapp actually restarted or refreshed ( it was not at the same page i were at ).

May I know if this is IOS problem or any setting problem or it is purely iphone x problem?

even i am at 11.1.2, the application such as facebook, instagram or whatsapp will not stay at wherever they are when i switched app.

The applications will reloads when i switch it back from other application.

I also have this problem since updating to iOS 11. Any solutions found, yet?

(I'm on an iPhone SE running iOS 11.2.5)

If the app gets kicked out of memory, it's going to reload. Ask the app developer why it doesn't maintain state.
