I keep encountering issues with the cover sheet and notification centre in iOS 11.1 public beta releases and with the previous stable version of iOS 11.0.3.
You can see what’s happening with the attached screenshots. It appears that spacing and notification bubbles aren’t working as they should. It seems to be happening with a variety of apps and notifications. I thought it might be due to the animated wallpaper I was using, but I’ve experienced it since switching to a regular still picture.

Had that off and on in iOS 10, in particular the earlier days of iOS 10. I've also seen it with iOS 11 as well, but fairly rarely (about as much, or basically as little, as I've seen it with later versions of iOS 10).

Does this happen often for you? Do you ever clear all. your notifications? What about restarting?

I find it happens regularly, every other day or so. I do regularly clear all notifications using the 3D touch gesture and have done a reset on the phone. I've tried doing a reset each time I notice it happening, but it doesn't seem to correct the issue. I never noticed this while using any version of iOS 10.

I'm considering doing a complete fresh install of iOS 11.1 once the GM is released to everyone.
