iOS 11.2.5 - Date & Time keeps reverting to LA

One of our users has an issue with 11.2.5 where the data & time on her iPhone keeps on reverting to LA after a phone restart. We are based in the UK and the timezone is set to automatic.

I’m guessing the phone actually has a SIM card in it?!

Yes, the phone has a sim card.

The best solution would probably be to move to LA

Make sure these are enabled.

Settings>Privacy>Location Services>On, scroll down to System Services to enable Setting Time Zone.
Settings>General>Date & Time>Set Automatic to see if it properly detect your timezone

If it still failed to detect the right timezone, set it manually may keep it from reverting.
