IOS 11.3 my photo stream turned off after update

Hi guys has anyone else noticed that the 11.3 update disabled my photo stream from icloud after the update? Had to manually turn it back on.

Same. Also, signing out of iCloud and back in caused iCloud Photo Library to turn on. Never had it turned on before, ever. Same behavior on macOS.
 
I hate stupid stuff like this, i never have had experiences like the rubbish stuff before ios11, its what made apple so great.
