Ios 11 - 3D Touch “update all” App Store

Hey

Does anyone know how the feature “Update All”, available with 3D Touch in App Store work?

I can’t see the pattern. Sometimes the option is available but sometimes no.

Sometimes the option is available but sometimes no.

It's the same with iOS 10.3.3, so my guess is that is going to be the standard behavior in the iOS 11 update on Tuesday.

I believe the app needs to be in the multitasking panel to show the option. It can’t be fully closed out. Same happens with Facebook. If it’s in the multitask panel then it has 3D Touch options available. When it’s not and fully closed, it only has the generic Share app option.
