iOS 11 and new exchange email account

Trying to setup a new account on my iPhone 7 with the latest iOS 11 PB and keeps timing out, even after asking for username and server name. Works perfectly on an iPad running 10.3.3 (setup same hour) but can't for the life of me get it setup on my iPhone. Any suggestions?

Mine was doing that to me yesterday. It wouldn't even present me the advanced option for me to manually enter our exchange server details but for some reason it worked this morning.

I just realized...I will have to set up a new exchange account on my phone in the next two weeks. Now I'm scared...hah.

Good to know. Did you have to go all the way to entering the domain info?

yes. Our exchange server is setup weird so the mail app can't detect the server properly.
