Hey folks, I updated to iOS 11 last night on my iPhone 7 and have not been able to access the app store or apple music since. I have seen a couple of posts in threads scattered around the forum from other people with the same problem but there does not seem to be a resolution? The majority of people posting about iOS 11 appear to be able to use these services so I'm wondering if I am doing something wrong? I ran an OTA update to iOS 11 and am wondering if this bug is just affecting these users? I have signed out and back in to the app store and reset my settings etc. but I am still unable to access. I use Apple Music everyday and if there is no fix I will have to downgrade :/ Anyone have any ideas as to how to fix this before I downgrade? Cheers guys! :)

Welcome to the club... below thread seems to have the most documented cases and troubleshooting...

Short answer is... we can’t find a workaround, and only spotty evidence of it ‘working’ once you’ve seen the can’t connect issue. If it’s critical, you’ll probably have to downgrade back. :( or in the meantime wait for the next Beta, instead of banging your head on different things... as we’ve been doing since Monday #WeFeelYourPain. #VivaLaEarlyAdopters! ;)

By the by, if you haven’t already, check out that other thread, we may have found a workaround for a few scenarios!
