In iOS 10 Control Center there was a little drop down on the audio pane that allowed you to select your audio output (built-in speakers, AirPods, Airport Express, etc.). I cannot find this control in the new iOS 11 Control Center or the customization options. How do you select the audio output?

Confused...

As per other threads and experience, force touch on the music section and you'll see the airplay icon, tap that and voila.

Thanks for the reply! What if I’m on a an iPad and don’t have force touch? I can’t figure this out.

Aha! Thank you. I don’t know why this was so hard for me to figure out. Appreciate it!
