So i tried a couple of online jailbreaks which oviously didnt help but while doing it showed preparing xatab files pushing jailbreak to your device bla bla. So after it failed. I want to have my clean device back. I want to revert any chances those jailbreak sites would have done. Is a full reset enough or i should flash firmware?

So tell me how do you "flash firmware" on a iPhone? :)
connect to iTunes.. on windows so i hold shift and either select restore iPhone or search for updates at which point it opens up file system then I direct it to the ipsw file and double click on the ipsw and it starts flashing... do i need to do it or a reset is enough to revert whatever garbage those fake ios 11 jailbreak sites had done?

"Reset" or "Flash firmware" are technically the same thing.
i have gone into settings and already done "erase all content and settings" so i guess i dont need to do flash thingy again right?

If you don't see the difference before and after you reset the device you have bigger problem :)

If you erase all the information through the telephone why would you need to do it with iTunes?

And never ever think that a website is capable to JB iOS.
One time it was possible but that was on iOS8 or 9 it hink.
But now its not possible

ut the website was writing things like updating patches running jailbreak etc my concern is did it manage to alter any system file? if yes then will a hard reset clean it all?

Once you've erased the device it should be completely fine. If it was a fake jailbreak it most likely didn't do anything in the first place.
