Hello,

On iOS10.3.3 , when i rotated the iPhone 7 plus on the icon grid, after unlocking, it would show the apps/icons in landscape mode.

Now i got the 8 plus and i am on iOS 11.0.2, rotating the phone inside apps works, but on the homescreen icon grid, it does no longer rotate, i find this a step backwards to consistency.

Is this an iOS11 bug (i do not have my 7 plus on me to test) or is it an iPhone 8 bug ?

Thanks

Same problem here on 8+ using 11.1 beta. I think it’s a bug because I have got it to work after a hard restart, but then it stops.

Apple really defined a new lever of fecal matter with ios11 . Iphone 8 is nice as a device but what good is it with crap software :(

New beta coming next week so hopefully will sort the problem.
Sadly i cannot update my 8 to dev branch because it’s my main production device, but i will upgrade the 7 plus to dev beta.

I am just thankfull they fixed the 8 call buzzing sounds for me with .0.2
