iOS 11 / iPhone 6 / Battery always at 100%

Has anyone else encountered this bug? Ive searched but haven't found anything. It is really annoying. Ever since installing iOS 11 (11.0.1) my battery always says it is as 100%. Then it will just die, because I dont know what the battery level actually is. I've done the reset and still hasn't fixed it. Am I the only one? Anyone tips or solutions?

failing battery, apple store. my iphone 5 did that, 100%, off charger for 10 mins, instant shutdown telling me low battery..

Thanks. It is just strange that it only began happening with ios11. Before it would last most of the day.....it still lasts a few hours but then dies eventually, even tho says 100% :/

apple store will run diagnostic tests on the battery first then give u ur options
