iOS 11 News App Going Blank Issue

After updating to iOS 11, some news articles in the News app go blank, user can swipe back to the list of articles or forward to the next article and then get the news articles to display. The issue persists in 11.1 as well. I fresh installed 11.0.3 with restoring from backup, so this is not a backup corruption issue.

Anyone else with this issue?
