iOS 11 PB4 issues with Apple Pencil

Before I even get started here, yes I know it's a beta and it has bugs. I'm just seeing if anyone else has experienced this issue before reporting it as a bug.

After upgrading to PB4 yesterday it seems that the Apple Pencil is not working correctly. It drops connection and intermittently works with my iPad Pro 9.7". Has anyone else had this happen? Never had any issues with any of the previous public betas on iOS 11. I have done a hard reset and re-pairing of the Pencil.

I have just tested out the pencil with latest beta and notice some similar issues. I was testing handwriting in notes app and the pencil intermittently stops working and I could not press on any of the notes buttons (even with finger) apart from in the sidebar. This issue only occurs after using the Apple Pencil in notes and only started occurring since updating to PB4. The pencil still works to move around the homescreen etc.

I’m wondering what exactly is occurring for you and which apps you have tried it in?
Is the pencil actually dropping connection (as shown in settings app > Bluetooth) or is it just intermittently not working but still shows as connected?

Also I notice that when double tapping Apple Pencil on notification centre it launches notes but every pencil stroke I make causes the lines & grids to shrink and shift left.

It's happened in multiple apps even the native ones. For instance I was highlighting a PDF just using the built in Markup. Some strokes registered, some did not. It works more often moving around the home screen but even then it seems to drop. It's even worse if I set the Pencil down for a minute or two and then start trying to use it again, it's like it has to initialize the connection. Yet if I go into Settings > Bluetooth it always stays connected. I've even tried changing the tip to see if maybe the current one was damaged. It definitely seems to be related to this latest PB4.
