iOS 11 personal hotspot not working

Hi,

After facing tones of problem after updating my iPhone 7 to iOS 11, today I find a new problem.

Personal hotspot is not working. I have manually set APN for hotspot, It's enabling well in menu , but no devices cannot connect to wifi, bluetooth and even usb hotspot.
It was working fine in iOS 10.

has anyone faced same problem?

I am also having personal hotspot issues with my iPhone 8 operating under iOS 11.0.3 and my 2016 MBP15/2014 MBA both operating under Mac OS 10.13.0

It is odd. On my MBA, the iPhone 8 shows up as immediately as a personal hotspot. On the 2016 MBP15, I have to first navigate and open personal hotspot on the iPhone. Then, and only then, will the iPhone show up as a SSID to which I can connect. It never shows up as a personal hotspot.
