iPhone iOS 11 problems

Since downloading iOS 11, I've had quite a few problems with my iPhone 7 Plus:
-Sometimes launching an app will freeze my phone for a couple of minutes.
-Maps will randomly stop giving me directions.
-Cannot control music through the Control Center/what's playing now doesn't show up on the lock screen. Happens with both the Music app and Spotify.
-Speaker phone doesn't work.
-Alarm will not make sound, only vibrate.
If I turn my phone on and off, everything will work again for a bit. Until an app will freeze my phone and then make all these problems start up again.
Any suggestions what to do?

Sounds like you need to restore and set up as new.

I have a iPhone 6 plus. After upgrading to iOS 11 plus the .2 fix my phone no longer rings on phone calls or messages. I was on another site and others with older phones ranging for 5 - 7 are having the same problem.
