iOS 11, Should Update or Restore?

I update my iPhone 5s to iOS 11 from the beginning day, every time I update 11.0, 11.0.1, 11.2,... 11.2.5 I don't see any improvement until I install iOS 11 from the device DFU mode. Anybody else who experiences this? Is this my device problem or iOS 11?
