Most of us are having this issue, there was another thread I created yesterday. In the Apple Developer forums they are talking about it also. I'm sure they will be issuing an update soon. It's affecting both my iPhone 7 & iPad Pro 12.9

Same here, cannot login. Different issue but I cannot login to anything that used my iTunes login.(which is different than my iCloud login)

For what it's worth, I can login and use Swift Playgrounds 2 without issue on iPad Pro 9.7. My AppleID is the one tied to our Enterprise program.

I just noticed on the iOS 11 release notes there's a known bug where "Attempting to run TestFlight without an active AppStore Apple ID results in a login failure."

Yes but we all have an active AppStore ID. The other issue is though if you go to view your Apple ID it just lops the password asking.

able to get it woking by doing - reset all settings.

I can confirm this works, on both my iPhone 7 & iPad Pro 12.9. Just sign back into everything when done, set-up Touch ID and Apple Pay again and TestFlight works along with everything else.
