Hello,

For some reason my iPhone has stopped displaying notifications for texts.

I have restarted my iPhone many times,
Turned off iMessages turned off cellular data, wifi and Bluetooth. And turned it all back on, and I still don’t receive notifications.

What else can I do?

Check 4 more things if you have not done yet:

1) check Settings -> Notifications-> Messages

2) check in the individual setting for the incoming message conversation: select the number or group name on top -> then the “i” for info and verify that Hide Alert is not selected

3) Check your Do Not Disturb Settings

4) Make sure your phone is not on mute

I have checked all the options you mentioned. Nothing looks out of the ordinary. It’s very frustrating that I am randomly. It getting any notifications

My mail screen notifications have stopped for some reason - I get the ding but nothing on the locked/unlocked screen. Weird and annoying.
