after updating my phone last night (12.1.3) I have a problem. sometimes I play with the phone for 20-30 minutes, but the battery does not move, that is, it does not indicate that it is falling. anyone with the same problem?

Without more details, I can't even say you have a problem. Depends on how much charge you started with and how much drain you put on it in those 20 minutes. It might be completely normal.
what surprised me is that it has not happened to me so far, I noticed it after last night's update ....
Might be perfectly normal. If starting from a full charge it can easily take 30 minutes or more to notice the battery dropping. It all depends on how it is being used.
