After updating to iOS 12.2 the message app on my iPhone 8 will not send iMessages (blue). Instead, I can only send as text (green). I have hard restarted my device, turned iMessage on/off and turned off "send as SMS if iMessage is unavailable." None of those have fixed the problem. I am on AT&T, have all 4 bars on LTE and/or WiFi. Is anyone else having this issue and/or know of a fix?

[doublepost=1553868145][/doublepost]I am experiencing similar issues on AT&T... I did everything you can think of and even spoke with a Apple Senior Advisor..

When I go into the messages app to compose a message other iPhone users are not showing up in blue until after 10+ seconds or after I click a contact that I know is an iMessage user. I tried all the troubleshooting and it still continues. This never happened before in previous IOS updates.

Mine don't show blue even if I wait 10+ seconds. Extremely frustrating. Apple needs to fix this ASAP!!!
