iOS 12.3 calendar/contact syncing broken

After upgrading to iOS 12.3 last night I noticed that iCloud calendar wasn’t syncing. Tried giving it a kick by turning on and off but no joy. Decided to turn iCloud on and off and have now lost contacts too. Photos, Keychain and bookmarks deleted and synced back so not an authentication issue.

Appears my Gmail calendar is also not syncing. Unsure if related.

Anyone else seeing this?

Mine are syncing fine across all my devices.
A common issue with Contacts is saving them on the device instead of iCloud. If they are saved on device, they won't sync with iCloud.
