iOS 12.3 seems a bit sluggish

Personally finding it way better than 12.2 (it seemed to be the most sluggish) so far and very fast and fluid. Hope it keeps it up!

I wouldn't say mine is sluggish, but I am definitely having some gesture response issues. Swiping back from the left of the screen and swiping on the home bar take multiple attempts to register.

I’ve waited 36 hours and now all seems well. Fast and fluid. Never really had that slow down after an update before. Glad all is well again. Thanks for the advice.

Feels faster than 12.2 to me, 12.3 has been rock solid.

Same here. I’m getting a ton of stuttering frames when swiping up and down apps or browser. iPhone XS Max.

When I open settings it freezes for more than 5 seconds.. Other than that it's the same.

Same thing to me. Same phone too. Had to search this forum to see if others were experiencing it too.
