I know this is an iOS 11 board but I wanted to see if anyone can help me. I am running the iOS 12 beta and I am still getting the pop up message every time I open my phone. When I go to the software tab it says that my phone is up to date. I even connected my phone to my MacBook and tried to download software through there but it also said that my phone was up to date. What else can I do?

You need to update your beta. The second to last one had an update bug. The latest one fixes it:

You are using the recommended beta profile, right?
