Hello all,

During the last couple of years, I previewed beta versions of iOS, but unfortunately, if my watchOS isn't updated with the beta version as well, iPhone fails to connect with the watch. As Series 0 no longer supports watchOS updates, will it successfully communicate and connect to an iPhone with iOS 12 running? I am curious because I would love to try the Public Beta, but I don't want to lose my Watch functionality.

Thank you.

Yes you can use wOS4 on iOS12. It is the other way around that WON'T work. You can't use wOS5 with iOS11 for example.

EDIT: Just to add on the public beta you can't update ANY watch to wOS5 beta. wOS5 beta is for developers only.
