I've noticed on my iPhone 11 Pro and my iPad 11 Pro that when in a web page, or Apple News article, if I swipe right to go back to the previous page, sometimes the page snaps back to the left. Usually, this is with a slow right swipe to the right edge of the screen. When I lift my finger, the page snaps back to the left. A quick swipe motion always works, but the slow swipe doesn't about half the time. I just noticed this happening on iOS 13.

Anyone else notice this?
