Does anyone know how to put it back so the only "destinations" are phone numbers, and not email addresses?

settings/messages/send & receive/. Select only the phone number for receive and reply to, and also the phone number for start new conversations from.

Thanks VineRider, but I need to change the means by which the messages are sent and received by the recipient. Currently, when I type a person's name in the To field, the recipient's contact information includes cell phone number, and email address. It seems to be defaulting to the email address. The only way to specify the phone number is to select the > sign next to the name, and then select the cell phone number.

Ok...I understand what you are talking about now. Mine is fine and defaults to the phone number. I cannot find any place to change a setting on this.
