I'm having an issue connecting to App Store on cellular...it works fine on WiFi.

Literally have tried everything. Device reset, logging out, factory reinstall etc.

Can anyone help?
 
Are you an adult or a kid living at home? If you're a kid, do you know if your parents have enabled Screen Time restrictions on your phone?

No, none of that...I've checked :)
 
Try this. Go to Settings > Cellular. First make sure Cellular Data is toggled on. Next, scroll down where you start seeing apps listed with toggles to the right of them. Make sure that the toggle is on (green) for App Store.

It's on.
 
Not sure if related but I can't access my App Store account (the place where you update apps) since this morning. Screen just keeps loading.
