When you switch from homescreen to safari, it shows the webpage straight away but isn’t responsive to touch for 3-5 seconds. Tried with all apps closed, 1 safari tab open - still the same.
However, closing safari (swipe off screen in multitasking) and re-opening is much faster in becoming responsive, around 1 sec.
Anyone seeing the same? It’s damn annoying every time you need to use the browser. Which is all the time.
