iPhone Ios 13.2 problems

is anyone having these issues, i am on an 11 pro max:

1. photos app still curating after over a month
2. face detection still ongoing
3. when clicking on an email/imessage notification it will occasionally not take me to the actual thread and just to the app (will freeze for 1 second at that point)....

ios 12 was much more stable

How large is your library?

Are you keeping the phone on the charger and locked? The curating will not start otherwise.

library size is approximately 55,000 photos and videos
yes locked and charged every night and for much of the day......
