Pretty sure there's no public jailbreak available for A13 right now, although I saw one being teased on the jailbreak subreddit. Only A11 and below have a public iOS 13 jailbreak available right now as far as I now.

Updating always comes along with a reboot. And checkra1n 0.9.7 does not work with 13.3.1.
