Has anyone ever seen this before? While my iPhone 11 on iOS 13.3 is plugged in and charging overnight, the "Screen Off" time is basically spiked to 100% every hour that it is charging. Not sure what's going on here. I have not power cycled the phone yet but I will probably try that next.

It must be something running on the background. Check in the morning the apps with background activity in the battery usage read-out. I observe the same phenomenon, for me it is because I have Sleep Cycle active that monitors my sleep.

I had the shortcuts app running in the background overnight for some reason, even after I turned background app refresh off temporarily...I did a “reset all settings” and it stopped.

I have that as well, but I use a sleep tracking app, so that’s where my screen-off usage comes from.
