Hi. I upgraded from 13.3.1 to 13.4 when it came out, I lost celular, wifi and bluetooth. I went back to 13.3.1. Now 13.4.1 came out, and I tried to upgrade again: I have celular this time, but still no wifi/bluetooth. I cannot go back to 13.3.1 now, as it's not signed anymore. I tried to upgrade to 13.4.5 beta 2, still same issue. I have iPhone XR. Anyone with similar issues?

I have XR and no problem with 13.4.5 beta 2.
Did you try hard reset after update?

I upgraded thru DFU mode connected to Finder, no Wifi in the activation. I restored the backup from Finder too.

Hey, I have this problem since yesterday, updated to 13.4.1 ans everything went south... No wifi and no bluetooth... Upgraded to 13.5 beta 3 and still the same... I just connected to iTunes and selected check for updates and downloaded from some site I found, everything seemed to go well and now I have an updated beta iOS and still no wifi or bluetooth...

Any help will be appreciated

What do you mean you “found” the beta from “some” site?! Try to get OS images only from official sources.

Can you share the public beta? iTunes installed correctly so I guess it is an official image...

Downloading from random place might contain external code within the package. This is really not a good practice. Either download from Apple directly or don’t update your device.

I understand, but how can I download from apple the public beta? I don’t have wifi so the OTA won’t download... I searched for the public beta, I found it and it had cdn apple or something on its url... Again, can you share with me where to download the public beta? I live in a poor country and my data plan is really expensive, besides that I can’t use my Apple Watch anymore...

The Apple Watch software is tied to the iOS version you have on the phone. So if your phone is on the most advanced beta then you’d need the same for watch as well.

Thank you but you are not understanding my problem, I DON’T HAVE wifi or bluetooth, that’s what I’m trying to fix with the beta, can’t update nothing

Going through that page where it says download the iOS image I only find xCode and Reality Converter, no iOS... :(

Seriously?! You don’t see this bit?!

I have the same problem—bluetooth and wi-fi now dead, in my case as of 13.4.1. I would like to try the beta to see if this fixed the problem BUT @mrs1986 I do not see the Betas when I go to the developer site.

Can anyone help with this?

@akash.nu Are you an Apple developer? Is @mrs1986 's conjecture true that she and I see different information on the site, because we are not developers? Thanks.

Exactly my problem... I won't be paying 100 for just a beta, I think you should be a developer in order to see them...
Hope there is a new release around the corner, my country can't service my iPhone so I'm stuck with a half broken phone...

Please, if someone know or can help us get the beta would be great!

@mrs1986 This may be the solution. According to this 2016 article if you go through the Apple developer signup process, to the point of accepting the Apple T&C, but stop of short paying the fee, you will be a registered developer, but will not be able to upload apps to the Apple Store (which you don't want to do) until you do pay the fee. But this first level of being a registered developer should allow you to see and download betas for side loading.

@mrs1986 The "free developer account" I previously reported didn't work. BUT I managed to install 13.5b3 on my iPhone over wireless, as follows:

1. Enrolled iPhone in beta program via profile: https://beta.apple.com/sp/betaprogram/enroll#ios

2. Went to General/Update. 13.5b3 appears as an update. However, won't download over wireless. 3.5Gb. Says it will do so later in the evening.

3. Applied the following hack to get around wireless download limits. It involves turning date from auto to manual, rolling date into the future a few days. I go back General/Update and the beta version is not there.

4. Re-enroll in beta program via profile, again. This time, 13.5b3 is ready to download and starts downloading immediately.

I am now running 13.5b3. Unfortunately, wifi and bluetooth still broken. I tried Reset Network Setting and also a hard reboot. Neither changed that status.

Waiting for the next iteration of 13.5 beta, I guess.

Thanks for the tip @David Week, I will give it a go to see what happens with the wifi.

@David Week the hack for allow download the beta with data didn't work for me... And my beta update says 4.16 Gb now.
I guess I will have to wait for the next official release to happen and see if it fixes it...

Thanks a lot for your help!

@David Week Talked with apple support, they ran a diagnostic and found out that both wifi and bluetooth are broken, so it seems like a hardware issue in my case... Hope you get to fix it!
